This policy covers this website only. If you hold a policy with Farmers Insurance Group, the handling of your policy, application, and claims information is governed separately by the Farmers privacy notice you receive as a customer, and by the federal and Colorado laws that apply to insurance and financial records.

This website is operated by Freddie Martinez, a licensed insurance agent appointed with Farmers Insurance Group.
When you submit the quote form, email the office, or call, we collect the information you choose to give us. Through the form, that is your name, email address, phone number, the type of coverage you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field.
We ask only for what we need in order to reply and prepare a quote. This website does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, or payment card details. If a quote or application requires that information, we collect it from you directly through a secure channel rather than through this site.
Like most websites, our web host records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
This site uses cookies necessary for basic function, including the security token that protects the contact form from abuse. We may also use analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.

To make a request, call, write, or email using the contact details above and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will take reasonable steps to verify who you are before acting, because we will not hand personal information to the wrong person. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where a request is complex — if we do, we will tell you why. There is no charge unless a request is excessive or repetitive.
If we decline a request we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response. We will answer an appeal within 45 days. If you disagree with the outcome, you may raise it with the Colorado Attorney General's office.
Some information an insurance agency holds is governed by insurance and financial-privacy laws, and is exempt from some of the rights described above. Where an exemption applies to information you have asked about, we will tell you which one and why.
Enquiries that do not become policies are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our own business records. Information connected to a policy or a claim is retained for the periods required by applicable insurance regulations and by the carrier.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and this website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial details by ordinary email. Call the office instead and we will arrange a secure method.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
This site links to other websites, including Farmers Insurance. We do not control those sites, and their own privacy policies govern anything you do there.
This website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, and we do not track visitors across other websites for advertising purposes.
